Pre-shipment Inspection

 

 

PSI or pre shipment inspection, is a part of supply chain management and an important and one of the most effect rive quality control method for checking the quality of goods clients buy from suppliers.

After at least 80% of goods become ready (preferably 100%) our inspector using AQL ANSI/ASQ Z1.4- 2003 sample plan to take sample of goods and make sure of goods quality. AQL levels are usually applied by SBE unless client suggest others. Clients may indicate a specific Sampling plan, same as what defects are minor, major or critical according to the Acceptance Quality Level % they are willing to accept per type of defect.

We believe this inspection strongly will reduce risk and costs due to supplier mistakes such as wrong packaging, parts missing, assembly problems, defects of appearance, all this human’s carelessness and unpredictable factors. Our inspectors provide General report with detailed description of inspection.

1. Quantity check
2. Packing
3. Marking & labeling
4. Client Requirement (should be defined)
5. On-Site Tests.
6. Product Specification complying
