INSPECTION QUALITY POLICY

 

 

WOTCO is providing first class inspection services around the world. The following statement defines the strategies and objectives employed by WOTCO to provide a service to our customers that meets their requirements and exceeds expectation.

 

We fulfill these standards by ensuring that:

  • We have good professional practice and high quality inspection services for customers at all levels;
  • Processes and procedures are made, used and maintained to support all systems;
  • Deviations from test and calibration methods only happen when deviation has been noted, justified, authorized and understood by the client;
  • Resources (trained workers, facilities, and equipment) are always available;
  • All WOTCO personnel remain unbiased at all times when conducting inspection activities;
  • All information produced as part of inspection activities are confidentially held by WOTCO.

 

System Objectives include:

  • Ensuring all personnel performing inspection activities have been trained in test/witnessed inspections, proving they are sufficiently trained to work for WOTCO
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard
  • Ensuring reports completed on site are returned to base with signatures and all additional notes regarding observations/ data/ calculations;
  • Ensuring

Implementation of this policy is the responsibility of the Managing Director, who is ultimately responsible for all WOTCO operations.
