Monitoring plays a key role in project delivery, and success. When it comes to project development, good project monitoring is vital in maximising the potential of a project. Some of the products might takes half year to produce and in some products it’s really hard to inspect all parts inside a huge complex machine after production finished, so it will be effective to client has his eyes on production in all production process to reduce client exposure to risk, identify defects before they happen.

Our inspector can stay in factory for weeks and month to check production process daily and keep client update and aware of production details with daily reports. PMI inspection will reduce risk of wasting time and money for both side of deal.
