During Production Inspection

 

 

During production inspection is one of the most popular inspection for those products which are not in typical production portfolio of manufacture and they are customized or designed base d on client requirements and based on their design.  Some of these products might takes half year to produce and in some products it’s really hard to inspect all parts inside a huge complex machine after production finished, so it will be effective to client has his eyes on production line during production to avoid any mistakes.

In international deal always is possible to some unexpected misunderstanding between client and supplier happen, If in Psi inspection any mistakes find in final product, it will cause huge delay on delivery products and make a big cost for factory for revise the products, or reproduce them. DPI inspection will reduce risk of wasting time for both side of deal with spot reports on critical project points and checking production process with client.
